Get Ready to Show!

SHOW CLOTHES WON’T CARRY THE DAY, BUT THEY SHOULD MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A WINNER.

When I was a young lawyer about to do my first cross-examination in a trial, my mentor called me into his office.  A great and experienced trial lawyer himself, he gave me a few things to think about that night as I prepared.  Those things included what to wear — “Wear something that makes you feel great and confident and ready to win the day.  That’s what I do.”  I took all of his advice, including about what to wear.  That same principle applies to dressing for the show ring.
